Today the children tasted the paneer that they made. I wonder what their reactions were?

Today we went to the kitchen to make cheese. We followed the instructions to make plastic cheese. This was done by heating the milk for one minute then adding white vinegar. We now have to leave the milk for 2+ days to harden.
